I just glanced back at the last entry, skimming the surface, and noticed that comments were missing. Yes, they are turned on. Yes, they should be there. Yes, I’m apparently a complete twit.

You see, Textpattern has some conditional bits in it that I use to regulate whether comments show up. Namely, I am supposed to wrap existing comments in the {txp:if_comments} tag, and close the other end with {/txp:if_comments}. I had done this. Unfortunately, I’d also included the comment form itself, meaning that if the entry had no comments, nobody could add them. Quite brilliant. Fixed it all by moving one tag, and we’re back in business.

I said there’d be some kinks to work out, and here one was. Everything’s back to normal now, and the comments have been all styled up in what seems to be a fairly classy fashion.
