narrow focus

You may have noticed that I took a blog vacation for most of the last year – it lasted just over eleven months, in fact, from December 04 to December 05. I had my reasons then, and I still have reservations, but I’ve got a better idea of what this whole thing should be. I’m a student that designs on the side, so I used to talk about web development and usability and technical stuff like that. It’s undoubtedly not very exciting to read, as I don’t really get a kick out of writing it. The blogs I read are mostly web design and technology; following that format wasn’t very satisfying.

So, as the recent topics here should show, I’m narrowing my focus. I’ve always been interested in aviation, something I decided to capitalize on for a career, and the content is shifting accordingly. You might not be particularly interested in load factor or airline strikes, and I can understand that. Aviation isn’t thrilling, and it probably will never affect you on a personal level unless your flight is overbooked. If that’s the case, sorry; all you’ve got from here on out are the random links and maybe the occasional music stuff.

So, expect more on aviation. I mentioned to Benedict that aviation isn’t particularly interesting to most people, to which he replied, “it’s interesting to you.” Which is, of course, what this is about anyway.
